Get Fit

Before you get started with speed climbing, it’s important to make sure that your body is in tip-top shape. To ensure that you’re ready for the climb, try getting some cardio exercises in at least twice a week.

Close your eyes when visualizing yourself climbing so that nothing will distract from what is going on inside of YOUR head!
